Empowering Earthlink Employees through Pursuit of Telecom Excellence

Earthlink Iraq and Etisalat Academy by e& have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishing their relationship in creating the Earthlink Academy in Iraq. The primary objective of this pioneering initiative is to provide comprehensive training programs to empower and upskill workforce of Iraqi employees at Earthlink. With a strong focus on fostering excellence in various facets of business operations, leadership capabilities, talent development, knowledge transfer, and vocational training, this partnership marks a significant stride towards enhancing the professional growth and overall success of Earthlink personnel in Iraq.
In a momentous ceremony held at the prestigious Etisalat Academy in Dubai, Dr. Alaa Jasim, the CEO of Earthlink Company, and Muammar Nasir Al-Rukhaimi, the CEO of Etisalat Services Holding, officially signed the strategic MOU. The significance of this milestone was emphatically highlighted by both leaders, as they emphasized the importance of building a dedicated training facility for Earthlink employees in Iraq. This state-of-the-art facility will be spearheaded by a team of seasoned experts from Etisalat Academy by e&, who will conduct a comprehensive training program meticulously designed to address the market’s evolving demands in the field of Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) and FTTH network systems.

The comprehensive training curriculum will encompass a wide range of essential areas, carefully designed to equip participants with a holistic understanding of the telecom industry. Covering an array of crucial subjects, the curriculum will delve into telecom concepts, cutting-edge technologies, innovative solutions, network infrastructure intricacies, diverse services and applications, customer management strategies, leadership and management principles, as well as emerging technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Starting a new point from Earthlink requires you submit a request that contains the tower suggested a geographic location in KML format so that our technical staff can know and study the location. And in order to get the location in KML format, you must use
After logging in Google using your Gmail account, you can jump to Google Maps and click on the box near the search area “search Google Maps”. After that go ahead and click on “Your places”. On the new menu click on “ Maps” then choose “Create New” on the bottom of the menu. The site will take you to another page. Now, search for the tower location and locate it. You may use the “add marker” option that you will find on the upper part of the page, name the point and save it.
Now, you can save the map in KML format by clicking on the three dots on the front of the map’s name and choosing “Export to KML”. Put a Tick mark in front of “Export to a.KML file (for full icon support, use .KMZ).” and Download. Then attach the downloaded file with your request.
