Company Registration
The company can be registered in (EarthLink Telecommunications Equipment Trading and Services DMCC) supplier’s data base if it was complied with mentioned conditions.
Registration of Iraqi Companies
A company is registered inside the database of EarthLink providers given its compliance with the following:
– All the following documents should be verified within the registration year.
– Company Certificate (of foundation)
– Contract of Foundation/ statement of the company’s foundation.
– Minutes of meeting/ decision of founder/s.
(We kindly ask you to provide us with the original copy plus a color copy of the original.)
A letter issued by the bank and directed to the company itself including the following:
– Full name of Bank
– Bank’s branch with address if possible.
– Name of account
– Type of account (deposit/ saving)
– Number of account and currency (IQD/ USD)
– IBAN or Swift if applicable.
(The account must carry the name of the company and not the individuals).
Providing colored copies of the credentials of the Managing Director as follows:
– Civil status ID
– Iraqi Jinsiya (nationality ID)
– Residency card
– Ration card
– The Unified card
– ID of contractors or trade chamber.
A brief introduction is needed, covering the specification area of the company, its achievements, and partners.
The company’s name should be provided in both English and Arabic language and as stated in the bank account and its formal seal (stamp).
Registration of non-Iraqi companies
A company is registered in the database of EarthLink providers given its compliance with the following:
A clear colored copy is provided of all related legal documents.
Details of the company’s bank account:
– Full name of bank.
– Name of related branch and address if applicable.
– Name of account.
– Type of account (deposit/ saving)
– Number of account.
– IBAN or Swift if applicable.
(The account must carry the name of the company and not the individuals).
Providing colored copies of the credentials of the Managing Director as follows:
– Colored copy of passport or the manager’s legal documents.
– A brief introduction is needed, covering the specification of the company, its achievements, and partners.
– Full details about the person of contact for follow-up (full name/ E-mail/ mobile phone number)
– The company’s name should be provided in English language and as stated in the bank account and its formal seal (stamp).
