Description

  • Lead complex projects with multiple scrum teams of more than 20 team members and various roles such as UI/UX designers, developers, testers or DevOps.
  • Follow and improve the company’s scaled agile process and SDLC.
  • Establish success KPIs and metrics for their projects, following company-wide guidelines.
  • Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to define project scope, important project milestones and the product roadmap.
  • Create project plans defining scope, timeline, resource and team structure and needs.
  • Coordinate and aggregate estimations of different teams to create the project schedule and budget.
  • Create, manage and ensure project backlog integrity, supporting stakeholders in prioritization.
  • Drive user story and feature acceptance activities.
  • Manage and control costs, making sure that the project is delivered under budget.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks to ensure successfully reaching project objectives.
  • Identify dependencies with other projects or teams, maintain open communication channels and negotiate schedules and conflicts.
  • Facilitate technical and non-technical risk analysis sessions and permanently monitors risks and triggers mitigation activities.
  • Select project management frameworks and tools for their projects.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management Section Head to identify hiring needs for their projects.
  • Mentor other project managers and provide support in their professional development.
  • Contribute to company growth activities such as interviews, defining the agile process, agile coaching and others.
  • Collect project status, create project reports and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with new approaches and frameworks in software project management.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor degree in technology-related field or equivalent

Certifications: one of the following

  • A Scaled Agile Certification (e.g., SAFe)
  • The Professional Scrum Master level (PSM) level 2 or 3
  • PMI Project management professional (PMP)

Years of Experience

5 years of work experience
